Geneva, Switzerland, May 26 — SkildMind, a Geneva-based fintech, today emerged from stealth. Founded by Lofred Madzou and Eloïse Casartelli, the company is building the Intelligence Layer for Private Banking.

Private banking's revenue model is breaking. Across firms, the relationship manager, the role at the heart of revenue generation, is squeezed from both sides. Compliance and admin tasks now consume up to 70% of an RM's week. The commercial time that remains runs on the same playbook as twenty years ago: high-touch and intuition-led, while the data that could augment every RM workflow sits unused.
