SkildMind provides AI consulting services including but not limited to:

- AI Governance frameworks and policies
- AI system design and deployment
- AI talent development and training programs
- AI maturity assessments and consulting

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
- Use the Services to compete with SkildMind or for any commercial purpose without our consent
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client of SkildMind, you are responsible for providing accurate information, cooperating in good faith with our consulting process, maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies shared with you, and ensuring that your use of our recommendations complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
SkildMind retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property developed by us. Client-specific deliverables and recommendations become the property of the client upon full payment, subject to SkildMind's retained rights in underlying methodologies and general knowledge.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and data. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement, except as required by law or with prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkildMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. SkildMind reserves the right to terminate access to our Services immediately if you violate these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
